Underground parking is available with direct access to the West Tower elevators via the Ash St Entrance.  Street entrance off 12th at the passenger drop off is also adjacent to the West Tower elevators. Take this elevator to the 3rd floor.  (Please note, other elevators and escalators will not give you access to the West Tower.)  There is no need to go into the shopping area to access our clinic.  

Our clinic has large exam rooms and hallways to allow space for  wheelchairs and walkers.  We have automatic front doors that we often leave propped open most of the day.  Our exam room chairs are rated to 550 lb.  We welcome suggestions on how to make our place more accessible.  

We have a gender neutral washroom in our clinic and additional public washrooms are available in the shared hallway on the third floor.  The public washrooms are gendered with multiple stalls inside. Our washroom is large to allow for wheelchair use. Please give us feedback if we need to change things to make them more accessible.
