Telehealth Visits
We offer telehealth visits by phone or video to allow our patients to connect with their health care provider without leaving the comfort of their home. We use Telus Health Connect for video appointments. You can access by web browser or download the app.
Same-day Access
As a registered patient to our practice, you have access to our medical team by using our On Call Doctor after hours, or our same day appointments for urgent issues.
Family Medicine
We provide care for the whole family, from birth to end-of-life.
Your Family Doctor will guide you by providing information on prevention of illness, appropriate investigations to determine diagnosis for any new illnesses or conditions and monitor your current medical conditions.
Pregnancy Care
Our doctors work with Family Practice Maternity Service at BC Women's Hospital and St Paul's Hospital.
Family Planning
If you are considering starting a family, we can help you in the planning process. Our healthcare providers will support a patients decisions about when, or if, they would like to have children by providing education, counseling and birth control methods, including IUD or Nexplanon.
Well Baby & Pediatrics
We provide baby care at the recommended intervals of 1 week, 1 month, 2, 4, 6, 12, and 18 months including immunizations.
At Vancouver Family Practice Centre, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From infancy to 18, we're here for examination, diagnosis, treatment, immunization and ongoing wellness for your children.
Minor Procedures
We provide minor procedures such as biopsies, suturing of lacerations, cryotherapy for some skin conditions and more.
Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
Our OAT Doctors work with patients that have substance use disorders, helping them find stability so they can live their lives and function day to day, by using harm reduction strategies and assisting patients on the road to recovery.
